Name the states in order of number of counties with unique names (is the only county with that name in the country), from most to least.
Does not include Alaska (has boroughs/census areas) and Louisiana (has parishes).
Counties with slight spelling differences or are phonetically identical but spelled differently are counted as unique names (Stark and Starke, Muscogee and Muskogee, Ouachita and Washita, Vermilion and Vermillion, etc.)
% of total counties = total counties within that state
