List down all 50 states of the America. There are also the pictures and some geographical and cultural features of the state to help you! Good luck and have fun! :)
Washington D.C is not a state.
I recommend that you click on the state as it looks a bit low quality!
Key: Red circle = Major City | Star = State Capital | Mountains = A Mountain Range | Two Crossed Swords = A Civil War Battle. Check the pinned comment for more information but it does spoil the quiz so check it after you finish.

Big update made on July 6ᵗʰ 2023. Here are some things that I would like to clear:

• I have not change the title to 'All 50 U.S. States by Shape with Hints' because it could be a bit misleading

• Some of the icons are mine such as the trees and mountains but most of them have been taken from SVG Repo so big thanks to them. I recommend using it if you don't know how to draw like me.

Here are the meanings:

• Hartford is the capital of Connecticut and Yale University is found in the state

• Los Angeles is a large city in California and the Golden Gate Bridge is located in San Francisco which is in California

• The Magnolia is the state flower of Mississippi and Jackson is the State Capital

Maybe add clues to Wyoming and Colorado? I stumble on them all the time. You could probably make them their actual shape (I think Colorado is a bit bigger) or you could add guessing clues e.g. what state they border, where their capital is located or the name of the capital, etc.

The way I remember it is that Colorado is longer than Wyoming, so it's longer in shape

Just guess. If you are wrong, then analyse the differences so you know for next time. There does not need to be hints, that defeats the purpose.

The hints are spot on and cute and I'm sure you spent a lot of time on them... but I prefered the quiz without them. Sorry.

I actually want to learn and memorize the *shapes* and the hints make it way too easy. Now it's "the frenchman is Louisiana". Not "huh, I think the thing that's shaped like this is state X"

Maybe you could upload two quizzes? One with the hints and one withouth them?

I see your point, but the previous version was a copy of this quiz. I have realised this recently and I decided to change it up a bit.

I see this quiz as an easy version of the state shapes. If you just want to learn state shapes, then I recommend the quiz mentioned above.

Thanks for the feedback and have a great day!

I like the hints. I didn't really need them (except to figure out which one was Wyoming and which one was Colorado on the first guess), but it makes it a bit more fun. Gives you something to look at and chuckle about while you're doing the quiz.
