Why is Uruguay on this when Brazil won the Uruguayan War?

I was not sure if Uruguay should be on the list, but decided to add since the Uruguayan War was indeed a civil war (see the second disclaimer).

However, since Brazil intervened and sided with the victorious faction, and since this wasn't a war happening on Brazilian Empire's territory, I also counted it as a victory for Brazil.

I'm not sure I agree about Israel being on here. In the 2006 war with Hezbollah, both sides were hit hard but Israel was in even worse shape than Lebanon was. In fact the head of the Israeli Defense Forces even resigned because of the outcome. Not to mention Israeli soldiers were quoted as saying that Hezbollah fighters weren't like Hamas or anything else they'd seen before and that they were very well trained.
