Good quiz, however it needs a little housekeeping.

How come vatican city is included as it should finish with a "Y".

Vietnam should not have the "yemrn" on the end

How come USA, UAE, UK and Uzbekistan and Oman are included as they all start with a vowel.

Paraguay's, Germany's, and Norway's y's are being used a consonants , or at least thats what i thought

Y can be both a consonant and a vowel in english. It is not a consonant in Norway or city etc. but definitely in Yemen, Yonkers etc. https://simple.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consonant
