Your updates are correct but in my view incomplete. Both Portugal and Italy have islands that are geographically in Africa. Trinidad is in S. America and Tobago in N. America. Greece has islands that are part of Asia. Part of Indonesia is on the island of New Guinea and, therefore, in Oceania. There may be other examples. Possibly Yemen, Panama and Georgia, for example. Also, UK does have territory in Antarctica - South Georgia would surely be classed as Antarctic, being south of the Antarctic convergence.
