Countries that are not outlined on Google Maps

I don't understand what I'm trying to guess in this quiz...? All of these countries have outlines on Google Maps, or they do for me at least (I'm in USA).

The only guess I could think of was that you meant countries not fully outlined, as Google Maps only has the clear dark border where countries border each other, and not against their border to the sea. But this quiz doesn't include all not-landlocked countries and does include some that are landlocked, so that can't be it.
