Surprised not to see Iceland listed - levels of English proficiency there are very high and English is used in many professional contexts. Maybe data wasn't available?

Yeah, I looked and can only find vague estimates. Though it is almost guaranteed that they would make the list, I can't find a number of English speakers for some reason.
