I don't think some of these belong here - there's no legal dispute about the sovereign status of Euzkadi or Galicia, while arguably there is one in Catalonia (a pretty meaningless one compared to the practical or legal independence of most of the other unrecognised states here). If you're going to include these, you probably need to include Quebec and West Papua as well.
Honestly the definition of unrecognized state is pretty vague. I just included these because independence movements for these and more widely known (Quebec is still mainly part of Canada and the independence movement died down)
