For each continent, name the cities with the oldest Universities. You can get the answer by guessing either the city or the University name.

The University of Santo Domingo was first established by Papal Bull in 1538, and then by Royal Decree in 1558 as the Universidad Santo Tomás de Aquino. It was renamed in 1914.

Yale University was first estblished as the Collegiate School in 1701 and was Yale College from 1718-1887.

The University of Santo Thomas was originally founded in 1611 by the Dominican Order of Preachers and raised to University status in 1645 by Pope Innocent X.

The American University of Beirut was originally the Syrian Prostetant College, and took it's current name in 1920.

University of Sierra Leone was originally the Fourah Bay College established in 1827 as a missionary school to train teachers. It became affiliated to Durham University in 1876, which became part of the University of Sierra Leone in 1967.

University of Khartoum started out as the Gordon Memorial College and was established as a University when Sudan as gained independence.

Classes began in Oxford as early as 1096, but it does not seem to be recognised as an organised University until 1200.

The University of Paris was established in 1150, but was divided into 13 separate institutions in 1970.
