You should probably change it to read "Confederate States", instead of "Confederacy", since the Confederacy was the group classification. The battles were fought in the states.

These suggestions are just to make the quiz better:

- The "Supreme Court" is not a branch of the government, it's part of the Judicial Branch, and the Senate is part of the Legislative

- I'm gonna go ahead and say it: there's not a definite "happiest state". If you're saying out of these four answers, just say that. The way the question is worded, it makes it seem like Utah is the happiest state in the country.

- Change "are there" to "have there been" in question 10

Also, the happiest state is based off of the living conditions and poverty rate, among plenty of other things.
