Kosovo isn't a slavic country. Bulgaria is. And Kyiv is usually writen Kiev in English.

Wikipedia accepts both spellings, and so does the quiz.

According to the Kyiv Post, though, The United States Board on Geographic Names, or BGN, has changed its English spelling from Kiev to Kyiv, as announced in a statement on June 13, 2019 by the Embassy of Ukraine in the U.S.
