Cities: Coastal or Landlocked #1

The criteria for being considered coastal is that either it has a notably big seaport or the city center is less than 15 miles (25 km) from a major body of water (see caveat below)

Cities on marginal seas and significant water bodies like the Sea of Japan or Great Lakes count as coastal. River cities, however, do not.
