Countries That Have Controlled Moscow

Some countries may have controlled the city at multiple points in history.

Throughout history, the city was in the territory of several vassal states. The overlord of these regions are considered in these cases.

It is not enough to simply say "Russia," you have to describe the Russian regime which controlled Moscow as well (e.g. for the present day this would be the Russian Federation)
