Uhh the source is citypopulation.de where they say that is the population for the Harrisburgh metro area.

To echo some earlier comments... I think you should accept "Fort Myers" for Cape Coral and "Space Coast" for Melbourne.

If you search it on Google Maps it is the second highest thing. It is basically due east of Tampa Bay area.
