ive read 5 or 6 sources and none of them say the hippo has the strongest bite.

either the saltwater croc,Orca or great white shark takes the poll on them all (i know its not an exact science)

Hm. I remember looking this up, too, and got hippo as the answer in several sources. I'll have to revisit this. Thanks!
