The founder was terribly ill and when she prayed the Bible, she miraculously got healed. She believes that illness is an imaginary state of mind and to be cured you have to use the power of suggestion.

Part of your description for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is incorrect. The first vision was God and Jesus appearing to Joseph Smith, and the second time was the Angel Moroni. The timing is correct otherwise, and it's a very fun quiz!
