What about Indonesian, Antillean and Surinamer diasporas for the Netherlands?

They are not ETHNICALLY European. Their DNA is not

primarily European. Look up ethnicity.

They are there, but divided in ethnic groups, not as nationalities.

So Curacaoan and Aruban are ethnic groups? I think that Antillean would be the ethnic group that encompasses Aruba, Curacao, Sint Maarten, Saba, St. Eustatius and Bonaire.

The point of this quiz is indigineous ethnic groups not recent immigrants. It's clear to most people are you American? What do you not GET about the quiz? Europe had a 4000 year history of civilization and the republics mentioned had the same ethnic makeup for thousands of years. Hence recent imigrants are not included in the DNA haplotype groups of indigenous Europeans. Hahhhhm. Haaaahm. Haaaahm. As my dad would say annoyed :)

Interesting quiz. However the definitions are a little odd. For instance "Jew" is accepted even though it is a middle eastern ethnic group and not European. Arab is not accepted even though there are many millions of ethnic arabs living in Europe today.

Arabs are Not nor will they ever be ETHNICALL Y European. Ashkenazi Jews are ethnically European from a kindgom in eastern Europe in the middle ages that converted to Judaism. Arabs are Muslims and africans andmiddleveasterners ethnically from Africa and the Arabian peninsula. Read the directions and stop looking for bias where there is lsn't any. This is an academic not a political site.

European ethnicity. Blood. Not residents or recent citizens from Asia, Africa or the caribbean in Europe who are ethnically African or Asian. I am proud to be an European. And always will be the original ethnicity of my country for thousands of years regardless of how many people we allow to live here. We have a shared European history and culture. I am sure Arabs are proud of their Asian and African history as well. Ethnicity and culture and history are beautiful things. Most Americans are disconnected from their ethnicity. American is only an ethnicity for the native American s and do Americans in general only recognize 400 years of history; it is such a shame. They have no culture.

And Sephardic Jews is debatable. Some insist they converted in Spain. If they emigrated from Israel to Spain, then like Arabs they don't belong in this quiz however ashkenazid do it has been proven they originated in eastern Europe via their DNA. Regardless of some of their desired origins.

Some corrections: Pamiris shouldn't be on the list because they're from Central Asia; Hemshins are found mainly in Turkey and Udis mainly in Azerbaijan.

Chodové is plural of the word Chod. You should change Chodové to Chod so it fits in with the other names (I speak czech)

Excellent, However you missed a few groups including the Laz in Georgia and hutsuls iin the Carpathians and the Lemko. Add them and it's great. Also Irish travellers are 100 percent Irish, they are not ETHNICALLY different than the Irish. They are not originally from India as the Roma thoroughout Europe. They are Irish people that left society but are ethnically Irish unlike the romani from Spain through Bulgaria who are not ethnically European but from India so southeast Asian.
