How can you have Venezuela and Guyana but not Surinam. And how can you have Aruba and Curacao but not Bonaire? And why omit the Virgin Islands and skip all the down to Panama?
Suriname is on the "far" side of Guyana, 1624 km / 1009 miles from Puerto Rico. Bonaire is not an independent country. The Virgin Islands are a territory of the UK but do not form a part of it, and as for the USVI, well Puerto Rico is already the US!
