The only remaining English monarch . . .

Enter the only English or British monarch who fits the category and has not already appeared as an answer. Be sure to include the regnal number where appropriate (for example, the current king is Charles III and not just Charles). This includes all monarchs from William the Conqueror onwards and not disputed claimants.

It's a great quiz, but definitely needs more time.

Changed the time to 9 minutes. I don't want it to have too much time as I don't want it to be too easy to guess, but I agree 6 was probably too short

Like this a lot, but I'd also like more time. Maybe 10 minutes?

The instructions say to include the regnal number, and the clue makes it easy to work out which regnal number William Rufus must have had.

Excellent. I think the timing is about right - I missed three or four at the end which I would probably have got if I hadn't been panicking about the reducing time. All part of the fun!

Perhaps you want to do a super-hard one starting at King Egbert.....??

Great quiz, Nominated. It takes some time to think of which George, Henry, and Edward!
