I'm going to lobby for Pablo Mandonado for the F1 question, Venezuela is part of the Americas. I'm also going to lobby for Peter Revson, if you really intend to mean US Americans, at least as an alternate. Andretti raced for the US and became a citizen, but was born in Italy (or Croatia, depending on your pov)

If Andretti became a US citizen in 1964, long before he started racing Formula 1, doesn't that mean he was an American when he was racing Formula 1?
