This was during Byzantine–Sasanian War of 602–628. Shortly after this, the military governor of occupied Egypt, Shahrbaraz, would mutiny against the emperor of Persia.

This would lead to a domino effect that ended the war with the borders being pushed back to the situation before the war. Khosrow II would be overthrown in 628 AD and as a result into a civil war. Shahrbaraz himself would become emperor for two months in 630 AD before being assassinated.

The devastation suffered by both Rome and Persia was the perfect opportunity for the then newly created Rashidun Caliphate to expand and fully conquer the empire. The Sasanian Empire would finally fall in 651 AD with the death of Yazdegerd III.

Could you accept Caesarea for all Kaisaraias? Typed it in for Kayseri and as it worked for other ones I assumed i was wrong and it was a different city as the East Roman Caesarea

Yes. This was a mistake and it should've been accepted for both, but it should work now.
