Just five questions. Easy, right? Wrong, cowboy. Go ahead and Google anything you like. You cannot find these answers on the Internet. You may want to try to solve them without the timer. If you can get more than one answer, you've done a great job. Oh, and the answers won't be given to you. You have to solve these to get them. Oh, and there are six possible questions, with five selected randomly. Everything here has been designed to be maximum difficulty!
You might need a pen and paper for basic calculation, but I made these without a calculator.

Answer
Squid: I had a dream about an azure sedecapodal squid named Billy. He had luxuriant eyebrows and a lugubrious tone. I was initially perplexed, but soon understood the pelagic creature to be giving me a math problem. It spoke:
A + B + C = 21
3A - 2C + 2 = 10
40 - 2A + B = 21
2B + C = 37
What is A x B?

Apples: I came across several bags of apples of varying size and a large machine labelled "Apple Converter". I threw a bag of one dozen apples into the machine, and a bag of six apples came out. I threw that bag of six back in, and three came out. I put that bag back in... and five apples came out! Curious! I experimented with more apples. My results are below.
12 -> 6 -> 3 -> 5 -> 4
17 -> 9 -> 4
126 -> 19 -> 8 -> 5
I. How many apples came out when I gathered all the apples around and put in 2,467 apples?
II. How many apples came out when I put in an empty bag (write out both answers consecutively please).

City: Old G. Grandpa William’s legacy was puzzlin’. He was always making puzzles. Even his inheritance was a puzzle. He had converted his assets to bitcoin and locked it with a password. His will stated that the password was the answer to a geography question. What is the largest city in the world whose letters are in alphabetical order?

Fish home: Ten other quiz enthusiasts and I were guests at Jeppy's house the other day. He had a shelf with seventeen medals for his successes in quiz-related endeavours. He had set out various food items for us, quite the assortment in fact. There must have been eleven grapes, three radishes (or four depending on what you count as a radish), and even a big ol' yam. As we politely shared the meal, I counted how many turnips there were, and multiplied that number by the number of seashells that adorned Jeppy's walls. What number did I get?

Password: My late great grandfather, William Notburgh, left behind a World of Warcraft account with the username "GGrandpa". Liking a good mystery, he left behind one puzzling clue to help us log into his account. A Manila envelope labelled "Full Username" sat on the keyboard. A slip of paper inside read "the big red will run amok". What is the password?
The City I got as Fez (yes, I actually calculated it), but it didn't work. I assume it's either by area (couldn't find a comprehensive enough list) or some other interpretation I missed. You might want to modify where you say Grandpa William was 'at it again', since this was my first problem from randomization.
For the Squid, I figured out A, B, and C can't be regular variables, so I tried interpreting them as digits, but no luck.
For the Password, I (probably) found something important, but was unable to solve it fully.
For Fish home, I tried inspecting first letters and looked at badges, but was stumped.
For the Cipher, I didn't have time to look at it very much, but I have a feeling it's something to do with the spot of the letters in the message.
Thanks for all the feedback! Good job on the apples. :)
It’s not land area. You got a big city… but it’s not actually in alphabetical order. F comes after E, but it’s a common mistake from when I’ve used this stumper with students.
Thanks for being the first to attempt it. As always, I appreciate the feedback. :)
Oh, dang it! I actually automated all of the 1M cities to check, but the checker I used doesn't interpret capital letters right, so I checked the remaining manually.
Time to try to find a list of all of smaller cities...
I finally have figured out the City one! The unfortunate part is that I actually knew the city...
I still have no clue about the Squid / Cipher. I realized the link above for Password is a user's profile, so that's probably irrelevant. The only thing that I noticed for the Fish home was that radishes contains dishes, but that seems useless. I'll come back to it later.
I can't get any of the others, but I came up with my own. I don't know what to call it, though, since I already have a "The Impossible Quiz". Is this okay and if so, do you have any name suggestions?
For the jeppy one, the only possible lead I noticed was that turnips and radishes are both root vegetables. Then I thought that the “depending on what you count as a radish”, might be hinting that there is one turnip, but alas, the answer was not 17. Am I at least on to something?
I got the Apples!
