States That Beat a Random U.S. State

For each category, name any U.S. State that ranks higher than the randomly selected U.S. State, Have Fun!
The state changes every time, currently at 41 states, the maximum that Jetpunk will allow me to put in, because of the 500 question limit.
Most quizzes have more than 12 answers, but all of the entries have to have the same number of answers, so each only has 12 answers.
