Islands by Satellite Image #47

Two of these are atolls I had listed for previous quizzes, but where I couldn't see any islands on the satellite image and ultimately rejected them. They do seem to have non-permanent islands, however, so I changed my mind and included them here because I was too lazy to go back and change all the quizzes since #27.
