I think these are too difficult because there are so many words that could fit the description. It might be better to have some sort of word bank (even if it was overpopulated) or a beginning letter, or something. I scored very high on the reading/writing SAT but couldn't really do this quiz.

I guess you're right. A word bank wouldn't work, but perhaps a beginning letter would help. I'll look into adding that.
