Got 47 which isn't bad. Those early ones are hard to remember. I thought the 2nd Cromwell was Thomas. Hmm, must've misremembered. Also, you've got Ethelred twice.

Ethelred the Unready doesn't fill in twice for his split reign. His name fills in for the first reign starting in 979 but not for his second beginning in 1014. You have spelled Harold Harefoot's first name as Haold.

Can you maybe not make us do each name in roman numeral style? Maybe like 1 2 3 4. Or maybe even showing all of the kings named the same when we type in it.

It's Ethelred Unread (un-ray-ad) meaning not counselled/uncounselled. It's commonly mistranslated as Unready.

Surely the title should be kings and queens - or just monarchs perhaps

Cromwell was one of the signatories of the document to have Charles I beheaded. He became Lord Protector and was hated by the country. He was a Puritan, so didn't believe in anyone having any fun or happiness. After his death and the restoration, his body was dug up and hanged. What lovely times to have lived in!

Harald Godwinson was Harold II. Otherwise we'd have to put Henry Plantagenet, Henry Tudor James Stuart etc.

Could you accept Aethelred for Ethelred. It's a common spelling and you accept the 'Ae' for Aethelstan
