In the title of the quiz, the word "its" has been misspelled. The word "its" is a possessive pronoun, and should not have an apostrophe. The contraction "it's" is used as a short way of saying or writing "it is" or "it has," neither of which would fit in the title of this quiz.

The leaf labelled as a chestnut is not a chestnut. It is a horse chestnut. American chestnut trees started dying off from an imported blight, starting in the early 20th century; in many places where American chestnuts had grown, horse chestnut trees were planted as replacements. The two species are not related; true chestnuts are in the beech family, Fagaceae, whereas the horse chestnut is in family Sapindaceae. Chestnuts produce edible nuts. The nut of the horse chestnut is very bitter, and while attractive to look at, is of little to no value to humans for food.
