Most centrally located capital cities

Name the countries of which the capital cities are located relatively the closest to the centre point of the country (calculated based on the N/E/S/W extreme points)
Extreme points are based on the main territory of the country and exclude overseas territories, autonomous regions, distant outlying islands etc. (e.g. Alaska is included, but Greenland, French Guiana, Canary Islands, Easter Island are not)
Relative distance of 0% = exact centre and 100% = on the NE/NW/SE/SW corner of the country
Exclude micro and city states (e.g. Vatican City, Nauru) and unrecongnised countries (e.g. Western Sahara)
Answers can be either the country or capital city
