They are separate, but Aberdeenshire is a council, not a town.

And it's Ap*EL*doorn, not Ap*LE*doorn.

The Danish convention is to spell it either Århus or Aarhus. "Arhus" is not acceptable. Likewise it's Aalborg. (They don't use Ålborg at all.)

Aalborg is a different city ( also on here) and Arhus and Aarhus are both accepted anyway.

Aylesbury Vale? The whole county district of Aylesbury Vale has a population of around 175,000 but the town of Aylesbury itself has fewer than 75,000 inhabitants.
