Yeah, like Monaco. You know a country is small when they include jettys as part of their land borders!

Yes good quiz, but maybe Turkey could be on here, like part of it is in Europe. Just like you count Russia as part of Europe.

The vast majority of Turkey's land and population are in Asia, so it's hard to consider it a European country. Russia's a bit easier--the majority of land is in Asia, but the majority of the population (including the capital and 2nd largest city) are in Europe.

kdc4...... Have you ever heard the word 'Democracy' ? if not I'll explain , it is where people vote to be one way or another and the majority wins. That is why Spain will not give the Catalans a vote for their future and is why Northern Island voted to stay in the UK.

For the purposes of this site, I think we should aim to describe the world as it is, as opposed to how we think it should be. The latter will produce a myriad of different arguments, whereas the former avoids politics and value judgments and is purely descriptive. Whatever your view on the matter, the reality is Russia controls the Crimean Peninsula. That might be a good thing, it might be a bad thing, but it is a reality.

BiH is the ONLY way I've ever seen it abbreviated. The fact that their national anthem is entitled "Državna himna Bosne i Hercegovine" should tell you something. BiH is just as legitimate as UK for the United Kingdom, IMO.

probably BiH is something else they don't want to include. I think BaH would be better. Bosnia is Herzegovina vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina. Yeah, BiH don't make sense.

The official 3 letter abbreviation for Bosnia and Herzegovina is BIH, in every sport competition and even on their registration plates it is shown as BIH. This comes from the way Bosnia and Herzegovina is written is bosnian(serbo-croatian) Bosna i Hercegovina, therefore BIH

Check the extra statpage, 15% cheated :( that is sad. You gain nothing by it for yourself and you ruin it for others. Why not do it honest the first time, after that you can cheat all you want because that won't affect the stats.

Though I dont feel like this one is one that would be enticing to cheat on. Did it twice just now, 1st time 28 and 2nd time got them all (after the first round I looked at the ones I missed and see if I could find distinguish features for them, "looks like a bull/lady")

Isn't part the fun checking how big or small your knowledge is? I find that more interesting than getting 100%
