There should be no Y in Ōsutoria. And I would not leave out marking the long vowels.

"Y" removed, thanks. Macrons are often used when transliterating foreign languages like Japanese into English (eg Tōkyō); here we've followed the convention of keeping to the 26 letters of the Roman alphabet without extra pronunciation guide markings (eg Tokyo), in the same way that English does not mark its own long and short vowels.
