how did you get the names for each era?

If you search up the Disney movie eras, it will give you a list of the eras and what movies belong in them. They usually have something to do with what was happening during the making of the movies.

These are what make up the Disney eras:

Golden era - original films

Wartime era - films made during the time of WWII, made on low budget and aren't full developed stories

Silver era - back to normal post-wartime

Bronze era - films made following the death of Walt Disney; creative team figuring out the strategies to making good films; Walt had no involvement in any of the movies other than early pre-production involvement in Aristocats

Renaissance era - turning to famous classics; the majority were successful films and the company seemed to find their rhythm.

Post-renaissance era - focusing on original ideas, trying out new things

Revival era - mostly 3D animation

New era - unofficially announced new era of Disney films post-COVID

The Pixar eras aren't official, they're just separated accordingly to the style of the time period:

golden - original films

silver - original films with a different feel than the golden era

bronze - films not as critically acclaimed as the first two eras

renaissance - confirmed by Pixar following the release of Coco

new - an assumed new era of Pixar

I agree, it’s just that the storytelling lacks a little bit.
