Why NASCAR is now on Jetpunk

+1

Greetings! My name is eaglesfan6 and you have likely noticed that my main priority is making NASCAR quizzes. I first got into the sport in 2011 when I caught the last 10 laps or so of the Daytona 500. That day I announced the metallic green Mountain Dew Chevrolet, driven by Dale Earnhardt Jr, was to be my favorite driver (because the car looked good). He crashed that day, but I accidentally joined the ranks of Jr Nation. Later, my favorite driver became Trevor Bayne because of his personality and strong faith convictions (he incidentally got his only career win in the first race I ever watched; no correlation there). After they both left, my favorite driver has become Alex Bowman, because I appreciate a good underdog story.

How I got into Jetpunk was completely by accident. I took the Countries of the World Quiz, fished around the website, and became ensnared. After a while, I went to see if there were any NASCAR quizzes and, to my pleasant surprise, saw there were some. However, very few of them were up to date so I set out to post some quizzes of my own.

Quick side tangent: I'm a Philadelphia Eagles fan (raised in New Jersey) and that is why my most popular quiz is not one concerning NASCAR. I'm not a Patriots fan, but I figured I'd make a series out of the Super Bowl rosters.

The series I now have established as my own is "All NASCAR Winners at..." I began by posting a Daytona 500 winners quiz and continued from there. I only have three more tracks to complete and will post those soon enough, but in the meantime I'll keep updating the current ones every week. The series mainly features Cup Series drivers, but also contains some Xfinity and Truck quizzes as well. You can find the quiz series here. The only two tracks I will not do are Indianapolis and Watkins Glen, because my fellow user sapphirerocket did a great job with those (He is the other good NASCAR quizmaker I've come across; Check him out!) Between the two of us, you surely can find some unique quizzes to check out and, if you want, feel free to contribute by making your own!

Another website I have created a public persona in is racingreference.info. This website has all sorts of racing statistics, race pages, fantasy contests, and comment sections. You'll never be able to not find something interesting. Under the name "Bayne&BowmanFan", I have written some blogs on that channel. Links are provided below and I plan to keep posting some more.

For NASCAR news, I go to Jayski for rumors, updates, and more.

If videos concerning NASCAR are more your style, I'd recommend Eric Estepp. He runs a show called Out of the Groove and posts other NASCAR content.

I guess that's about it. I just wanted to provide some portals into the online NASCAR community. I hope you'll consider taking some NASCAR quizzes and making them too! See you later everyone!
