Jetpunk Survivor #1

Thank you to all of the people who signed up for this contest! We got 14 sign-ups in total. These contestants were divided into two tribes. Here they are:

There were originally 15 contestants who signed up, so Kasayahan got 8 contestants and the other tribe got 7. However, someone on the Pamilya team backed out of the competition, so now the tribes are 8-6. I was hoping to move one of you to the other tribe to make them even. SirPhilippines, since you were the last to join the Kasayahan Tribe, I was hoping that you would be able to switch teams to make them even.

Now that the teams are set, let me explain the challenge!

The challenge is to determine the secret seven-letter word. In order to do that, you must solve seven puzzles. After each puzzle, you must determine the answer and the letter that it corresponds to. Collaborate with your team to split the puzzles among yourselves and unscramble the seven secret letters to find out the secret word! First team to find the secret word wins!

Puzzle #1: Country Word Parts

There are twenty letter groups below. Nineteen of those are parts of country names. For example, "EXI" is part of Mexico's name. One of these is not part of any country name. Can you figure out which one it is?
