Unfortunately, the Saraswati River has become fuller. The well was not designed for such a volume of water, and the river flooded this wonderful building. Rani ki vav remained under water until the 80s. But now we have the opportunity to visit this wonderful place

Not to say that it is forgotten, but criminally (sorry for the joke) deprived of attention compared to other cities. A very controversial Heritage site, but despite this, I was very surprised by it. The city is in the shadow of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, it is remote from other major cities, there is a big gap between the poor and the rich, but still, it is a very interesting experiment of its time. But its buildings are impressive even for today:

Brasilia surprised people so much that the UNESCO committee added it to the list 27 years after the founding of the capital instead of the required 50. This wonderful Heritage site is located in a country that many non-jetpunkers have not heard of. It's hard to guess, this is Saint Lucia. Pitons is the one of the symbols of this small country. It consists of two cones: Gros-Pitons and Petit-Pitons, which are visible from all points of the island.

Two pitons brothers have already died out, so there are coral reefs with different fish next to them.

This is the largest pristine forest in Europe. It is bigger than a country like Belgium. But he is in danger. The fact is that there is a huge reserve of gold reserves in the virgin forest, and although UNESCO and the government of Russia prohibit mining, gold is still illegally mined, and the government of the Komi Republic tried to move the boundaries of the reserve. But despite this, the forest is almost not in danger.
