Rules

Rule 1- You can only have one answer for each question.

Rule 2- I give retries to people, sometimes. If you do get a retry, you can get another try at the question.

Rule 3- If the GeoStumper has prizes, you cannot answer if someone already gets the question right. If the GeoStumper has no prizes, it is acceptable to answer a question, even if someone gets it right. If only certain questions have prizes, then those questions cannot be answered if there is a winner, but the questions with no prizes can be answered more than once, even with a winner.
