So, you may have heard that I have been banned. Is this true? Yes, sadly.

I do want to say, being shadowbanned, I can blog, comment and make quizzes just you cannot see my blogs in the RUB and I can only comment on my own quizzes I think.

Here is the whole story: I just wake up say hi to Quizzer218232 (My friend at the time) but, noticed something, he had a bunch of my quizzes just he changed the rules and stuff and I got mad at him, but I did not do anything all I did was report them, then he comes onto my now deleted quiz and says, I did not copy them, I simply just made them and had no idea of the existence of the other quiz, I was him friend, so I looked at the Friend Stats, and it says he has. So, I go back and I tell him to delete his quizzes, he refused (And the quizzes were not put down by any admins) then, he spread rumors about me to make it sound like I was bad, and as most people would do, I blocked him which made him mad. At the time we were still "Friends-ish" but, this very morning (the same day I made this blog) I noticed he had blocked me right after I commented on his new blog "My 5 Favourite Cars" so, I made a quiz saying "Legend Land War..." basically Legend Land is my "own country" I made up, I just wanted to express my feeling about this but, QuizBoy789 says that he has a message for me and blah blah blah he saw the quiz he was mad at yeah and then QuizBoy789 says I should delete the quiz so, as so, I did (After a few minutes I did), I proceed to do some normal quizzing and browsing around the RUB, and a few minutes later, QuizBoy789 gives me a message saying that Quizzer218232 send an email to Dan (Quizmaster) saying to ban me (Not shadowban, ban) Quizzer218232 did not give the full context he just said that I made a mean quiz, I don't know exactly what the email said though, but according to QuizBoy789, that is what it was saying. Instead of banning, Quizmaster chooses to shadowban me. BigGeographyGuy and ProximaCentauri wanted me to come back and ask Quizmaster to you know, unshadowbann me. I wrote an email to Quizmaster, no idea if he has replied yet though but, later was when he said "The ban is permanent, sorry. This wasn't the first incident. You might be better served going to the other website." so, I was sad obviously. I made two quizzes about this stuff one of them is "Ban? Sad~~~" the other is "I am now shadowbanned......" those two particular quizzes got some of the most comments I have ever had on any of my blogs or quizzes, they were all about the subject of me getting shadowbanned and they are sad and other stuff. Users like Neil commented on some other quizzes about it. GrandOldMan made a very nice quiz that I appreciate called "He's Gone" to commemorate me.

Reaction to Quizzer218232 story (His story in bold characters my reaction is in normal):

Okay, it all started out like this. One day in the night I made some quizzes called Fast Typing X and Fast Typing Y. I submitted the quiz and a hour later *28 minutes later* TheBerryLegend comments on the blog *it was a quizsaying he is going to rip me apart and telling me to delete the quiz and said he's going to get revenge and he was posting devil emojis! I said that he would rue that day because he said he would not delete it with 1 devil emoji with the sad face and a 7 angry emojis And he said he was going to make everyone on his side because I copied his quiz when I didn't. I don't understand what he means by "because I copied his quiz when I didn't" and I don't think I said I would get everyone on my side that sounds kinda weird, unless I just forgot I said that He only made Fast Typing A,B,C and D. I made more then just that I am pretty sure..... I told him this was not a copy, it was only a continuation of his series which is allowed. People say it is mean to copy/continue someones series and I was gonna get to those one day and now that I am shadowbanned I cannotThen as I am nice, I told him I even put credit to him on my quiz and I said when he finished off his series he can make Fast Typing X and Y and I wouldn't class it as a copy. Other people will class it as a copy and he just used my quiz series concept to get many takes, seriously look at his profile they are currently his two most taken quizzes Fast Typing Y with 128 takes and Fast Typing X with 72 takesThen he said ok and we were fine with each other after that. I said "fine..."Then a few weeks later, I saw he was making quizzes called Quizzes made by @user. I saw this and I told him to make a quiz about my quizzes. He said okay and it was posted a few hours later. This is true I took the quiz and saw these were the answers: Fast Typing Y (COPY) Fast Typing X (COPY) Fast Typing 1 (KINDA COPY) Well, Fast Typing X and Y were a continuation of the series but like I said it was not a copy. Not true! Fast Typing 1 was not made at the time and the answers were all his quizzes at the time and "Fast Typing X (Kinda copy but, it is fine)" and "Fast Typing Y (Kinda copy but, it is fine)" and then I updated it so, it would not say that. Fast Typing 1 was definitely not a copy as no-one else made the quiz before and it was not his continuation of his series too as this was a number and his series was letters. I never complained about that quiz, I actually thought it was a pretty good quiz, THERE WAS NO COMPLAINING After I seen this, I told him to remove the "COPY" part but he didn't so I told him to delete the quiz otherwise I would block him. Finally, he deleted it. I actually changed it by then but, he did not see then he demanded me to delete it or he would be very mad so, I deleted it because we were "friends" at the time Then he started saying stuff and I was saying stuff back to him. No idea what this means Then I told him if he was going to carry on like this, I told him he might as well block me. So he blocked me He said that my quizzes ALL my quizzes were copies which is not true so, I argued this was not true and he said "Fine, just block me" so, I blocked himand no more arguments happened after that and I couldn't comment on his quiz. True. But he was still commenting on my quizzes (not bad things this time) and I didn't even want to see the good things he wrote so I blocked him. Why? I was giving him compliments? Why would you not want to see them? Plus he blocked me literally the day I got shadowbanned. 1 day later... I go on Jetpunk and go on friends and see a new quiz posted by TheBerryLegend. It was called Legend Land War. I was curious about it so I pressed on it and it was talking about me!!! About how I blocked him. Then he made rumours about me saying I spread rumours about him and his personal secrets. False! It was to make a point of what he has been doing and I said that he blocked me for such a bad reason and he was spreading rumors about me which is true.Then when no-one believed him, Most people believed mehe said that I went on his account and deleted 10 of his quizzes. He made everyone against me and I couldn't even say anything because I told him to block me. So, it is his fault that he made me block him and this is true! I swear!Then as all this happened, I emailed QuizMaster and told him exactly what happened and I said TheBerryLegend deserves some kind of punishment. Then later on in the evening I saw a quiz made my TheBerryLegend called Ban ~ Sad. It was full of comments. Someone asks " Why did you get into this situation anyways," And then Berry admits that he was making lies about me. NO!!!!!!!! I was not banned first of all, I was shadowbanned and only a few lies because he made lies about me If you want to see the evidence of his admitting he was lying press on this. (There was a hyperlink but, I am lazy to put it in) I only made a few lies but, him knowing my password and deleting 10 of my quizzes are true, he deleted 10 in the course of 3 days

YES YOU DID! You know my age and my date of birth LITERALLY hmmm, I wonder what rumors you shared well, not even rumors real personal info Ok, this was the full story and it is not a bias report. I am not lying! TBL is making people feel sympathetic and sorry for him! How do I make people sympathetic, I don't think he remembers how old I am and what did I do to make people sympathetic for me.

My reply to NiobiumVoid: On the "He's gone" blog by GrandOldMan, NiobiumVoid says "Although I don't think that Berry should have been banned just for the reason that they were, I feel that a lot of people in this comments section don't understand the concept of consequences. Berry had broken the rules a few times before, and had been given another chance. I am not surprised at the decision made my QM, as the site shouldn't be a place of spam comments, quizzes, and childish drama."

I do understand there were consequences for my actions but, did not think this could happen for these very reasons because I thought Quizzer218232 was the bad one and I was being good. I had broken the rules maybe once or twice. Did I spam comments? Pretty sure I did not. JetPunk shouldn't be a place for quizzes? If I have acted childish is probably because I am actually younger then most people on JetPunk.

About Quizzer "hacking" me: So, you may have heard that Quizzer218232 "hacked" me and that I said it with my own words but, is this true? Technically yes but, I never said he "hacked" me in my own words I said "Quizzer knows my password but, he did not hack me." so, I want to clarify he did not hack me!
