Inflation in Brazil (1980-2021)

This chart shows the inflation in Brazil, from 1980 (estimates), to 2021 (projections). It’s noticeable how the Plano Real (Real Plan) helped to stabilize the numbers, but it’s still not sufficient, as inflation in Brazil, is higher than 83% of the other countries

Indeed. During the years of Sarney, and Collor Government, the inflation grew a lot because of corruption (which president in the history of Brazil wasn’t corrupt at least in one point?). With Plano Real of Itamar Franco, the things got better, but soon the hyperinflation will come on. Inflation in Brazil is growing again. I’ll put this chart (and the other I just posted) on a blog. :)
