The runoff has finished, and the result is Neodymium winning with four votes, and me and weewee losing with just three. Congratulations.
Seats of the Legislature
Talk about a house divided. No party won more than a single seat, but, depending on how the runoff turns out, a three-party coalition (MJM, LJ, AJP) could take majority rule — how exciting!
Once again, thanks to everyone who both participated and ran. I was blown away by the "hype" around the little blog I wrote out of boredom. :)
So, for those who won, I'm sure you're wondering what's next. Well, first off, congratulations for winning.
The Upper House is to have the task of monitoring elections, deciding how / when elections should be held, and things of the sort.
The Lower House is to decided contested, disputed, or tied elections.
Maybe later on you can do something else, but that's all I can (reasonably) think of for now.
(P.S.: elections will happen yearly. Come next year, I'll probably put the election on a more standard date, such as February 1. I hope to see you all here again.)
These countries contain 84% of Users. There are obviously many users elsewhere but they are likely more divided into different countries. This is the best representation of users for each Continent I have unless Stewart gives stats.
North America: 28.17
South America: 3.25
Europe: 46.71
Asia: 2.32
Africa has no countries above .7%
Oceania:3.52
Therefore, my case for reorganization:
Executive ElectionBy the way, will there be a debate or something like that?
The declaration of the party is rather vague, and even aficionado left for cigarettes and did not return. Therefore, for the time being, the ideas that I can voice now will be only my ideas. I don't know what to do
1. Support for featured languages (increasing their popularity)
2. The appearance of new featured languages (for example, Serbian, Arabic, Russian, Japanese)
3. Help in learning new cultures, countries (although Jetpunk has no problems with this, but good things can also be done better)
4. Increased activity on the site (funny, but that awkward story with Kilwa really rallied the jetpunkers, for those two days everyone became quite active. I would like something less embarrassing to unite us)
