CardinalSin is right - Somalia *has* been in a state of civil war since 2011, as well as since all the years from 1991. But I think the implication that the civil war started in 2011 is sufficiently clear for Somalia not to be allowed.

Seems an odd decision to stop at 17 questions?

Of course, there's no real reason to go to 20 rather than 17 other than convention, just seems unusual
