Does it look like that on all monitors to you? if so you may be a tad bit colorblind, if not and it is only one monitor you need to calibrate that thing.
Yep, by law "Die Flagge der Republik Österreich besteht aus drei gleich breiten waagrechten Streifen, von denen der mittlere weiß, der obere und der untere rot sind." (The flag of the Republic of Austria consists of three equally wide horizontal bands, the middle band is white and the top and bottom bands are red.)
I think the red on Latvia's flag is very similar to the colour on Qatar and Sri Lanka's flag. It's kind of maroony, and maroon is generally considered a shade of red.
Taiwan is a country. They have their own government separate from China and have virtually no relations with the Chinese government. Any Taiwanese person will be the first to tell you that they are not a part of China. China just "claims" it since they are arrogant and can't let go of the past.
Would you say the Taiwanese government is also arrogant and holding onto the past for claiming the entirety of China as well as territory administered by Mongolia, Myanmar, Bhutan, India, Japan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Russia and Tajikistan?
What about Sovereign Military Order of Malta, aka knights of Malta? They are considered a sovereign entity under international law. They have an embassy in Rome, representation in the UN, you can travel under their passport. Meet all the criteria... Why are they so neglected on this site?
