You should include Jersey, before you guys angrily dm me, hear me out. As you know, the United Kingdom has a series of 'countries', and they believe they're separate countries. So that would've meant that Wales, England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland would be countries... including Isle of Man and Jersey!
No, Jersey is a British Crown Dependency, and the largest island within the Channel Islands. Also, Jersey isn't a part of the United Kingdom (which is a country comprising the constituent countries of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
That's not official, go ahead and call it a country if you like. I call it a country as much as Scotland or England or Wales. Possibly more so than England.
Uhhhhhhh, not really. They're not really in the UN or any other multinational organization, and I have never seen a claim of independence from them. That's like saying Long Island is a separate state from New York.
No, not gonna happen, I’m not British I’m a southerner and in my perspective that makes zero sense… besides I’m not siding but the Isle of Man is a disputed territory technically controlled by the UN
I'm so stupid. I quickly got Jordan and Japan, and then scratched my head. Starting thinking of Caribbean islands... St Kitts, nope, Antigua, nope, Bahamas, nope... what else is there... Trinidad, nope... um... oh yeah, Jamaica, you plonker.
1:58 Left Fun Fact That Is Totally Known: Jamaica (originally Xaymaca, meaning "Land of Springs" in Taíno) is a sovereign island state in the Caribbean and forms part of the Greater Antilles. This country is 90 miles to the south of Cuba and 119 miles to the west of Hispaniola.
how about combine all the countries that start with three or fewer of a given letter. F, H, J, O, Q, R, Y and Z. 17 total countries. Would make a great quiz! Finding only 3 in 2 minutes is a little anti-dramatic
Too busy combing the islands and West Africa to remember Japan!
if i didn't get stuck on jordan i would've gotten at least 1:50
