1. There is more than one Maricopa County in the U.S. I'd suggest adding Arizona, though that obviously makes it a less difficult question.

2. The highest level of security clearance in the U.S. is definitely not 'Top Secret'. Unfortunately, the names of the highest-level clearances are themselves secrets, so there is no way of knowing what the 'top' clearance is called. (For that matter, there probably isn't a single 'top' clearance; each agency probably has their own).

What difference does it make? They are above average in everything - Lake Woebegone is a fictional perfect utopia and I know perfect utopia is double dipping, but it's just that good. If you're not familiar with "Prairie Home Companion" you're probably not going to know the answer. Now ask us a question about Guy Noir.
