I have always understood Bahamas and Barbados to be in the Caribbean.

Bioko, where the capital of Equatorial Guinea is; Ilha Grande; Ilhabela; Santa Catarina, where Florianópolis is; Navarino; Baía dos Tigres; Bonny; Sherbro; Iles de Los; Ilhas de Orango; Islas Atlánticas de Galicia; Ile d'Oléron; Ile de Ré; Ile d'Yeu; Belle Ile; Ushant; Le Mont-St.-Michel; Guernsey; Jersey; Alderney... etc.

No Ocracoke or Kiawah? I typed Sao Tome, then I typed Principe but neither were accepted. Also, this is my first time to take this quiz, yet it showed me getting many answers 50% of the time, some in red, some in green.
