Only Jetpunk recognized countries were included, sorry Northern Cyprus.

Martín García island has been included despite its lack of inclusion on the source Wikipedia article. This is because the article lists the Río de La Plata estuary as inland water, various other sources (and common sense) claim otherwise.

Dall Island (Canada/United States) was excluded since Canada does not exhibit any actual control over any parts of the island.
