I'm not certain how right this is - someone smarter than I can correct me.

I think (by using a basic tree diagram) you have a ~0.000541% chance of getting all 10 correct.

That's correct indeed, there's 20!/(10!*(20-10)!)= 184756 possibilities to choose 10 tiles from 20 options. Only one of them is correct, which is 0.000541% chance of picking the correct set of 10 tiles
