Chinese Postal Romanizations

Can you name these Chinese Provinces, Regions, Municipalities, or Cities by a romanized version of their name? For example, how Mumbai was called Bombay by the British.

Since postal romanizations were in use during the former half of the 20th century, I added places from countries that China held during the time, such as Mongolia and other places that weren't mentioned on the Wikipedia page.
