When did Saudi Arabia control Qatar and most of the UAE? It was established by the Brits after WWI and the UAE and Qatar were kept as separate protectorates.
I may be missing something but I think these are errors which ruin an otherwise enjoyable quiz.
At the time, I couldn't find a better former version of Tunisia. I didn't want to put Carthage in, but Tunisia hasn't ever really existed in a different shape than it currently is. Nevertheless, I changed it to the Ottoman Elayet of Tunis, which is slightly different.
As for Saudi Arabia, the image you see is the Emirate of Nejd, which is also known as the Second Saudi State and was ruled by ancestors of the current Saudi Royal Family. It existed from 1824 to 1891. It is essentially a former version of Saudi Arabia, similar to Dai Viet (first image), the Sultanate of Brunei (8th image), and other examples in this quiz. So I'm not changing that one.
