Please forgive my nitpicking, but I suggest changing 'modern Malaysia history' in the 4th hint to 'modern Malaysian history', 'Portugal' to 'Portuguese' in the 5th hint, decapitalise the 'F' in 'Federal' in the 6th hint, capitalise the 'C' in 'Chinese' in the 9th hint, change the two 'highest's in the 14th hint to 'tallest', and change 'Backbone of Malaysia' to 'backbone of the Malay peninsula' (with a small 'b') in the 15th hint. :D

Just a fun fact about Sarawak (state with highest GDP per capita), if you didn't know this already - in 1839, James Brooke, a British explorer, arrived in Sarawak and proclaimed himself as the first 'White Rajah of Sarawak'. He, and his descendants, governed the state from 1841 to 1946. After the Second World War and three years of Japanese occupation, the last White Rajah, Charles Vyner Brooke, ceded Sarawak to Britain, and in 1946 it became a British Crown Colony, until it became part of Malaysia in 1963.
