I liked this quiz, some easy questions, some hard questions.

Nominated.

Would make a great series too.

Glad you liked it!

I actually spent more time deciding which cities to use so that it was balanced than making the map this time Xd.

I will definitely make a series out of this quiz!

Thanks for the nomination!

Swedish is one of the official languages in Finland

I know, but I thought it's not official on the national level?

I'll tell you something more shocking. Swedish is the ONLY true national language in Finland, as Finnish is not official on the Åland islands, but Swedish is. Finnish and Swedish are both considered national languages in Finland according to Finnish law.

Thanks for the clarification, I thought it was just official in Aland.

People from Helsingfors should start speaking Swedish then, I guess Xd

Nice one; I've made a series of quizzes like this too:

Cool to see things like Hawaiian and Uzbek get a mention.

Yours are cool too!

And yeah, I tried to include some less common languages (but the farther a language is from a city, the lesser chances that it has a translated version of the name of the city, so it was a bit hard)

Beautiful idea!

Loved it. As an Italian, I've never heard anyone refer to Dubrovnik as Ragusa. Yes, it was called that while under Venetian control, but not anymore. Plus, we already have a Ragusa in Sicily so that would be just asking for trouble

Thanks! And I thought it was still in use (I don't speak Italian myself) and the Wikipedia page for Dubrovnik in Italian is called Ragusa, so that seemed to confirm it for me... but following your recommendation I changed it to another city.

Also yeah, I can see how it would be confusing to have 2 cities with the same name so close to each other

I enjoyed this - thank you! Nominated. The Turkish for Antwerp turns out to be the same as the French, which is a bit less exotic (just in case you were hoping that was a middlingly hard one)
